Notes
- All presenters and attendees must register online. To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance.

- Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore.
- Page Limit: Full papers should be up to 6 pages long. Authors of full papers can add up to 2 extra pages at an additional cost of USD 120.00 (CNY 850.00) per page. A full paper cannot be more than 8 pages.
- Student Registration: Student registrants must send relevant studentship proof document which indicates full time undergraduate or postgraduate student status. Email: ieeerobio2026@gmail.com
- Attendee Registration: If you wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper, please use the paper ID field value specified by the registration system. Paper ID field value:
- Clarification Letter for the Authorized Conference Service Agent: All conference-related fees, including but not limited to conference registration, workshop registration, banquet tickets, and any additional charges, will be collected by the authorized conference service agent on behalf of the conference organizing committee. Cancellation Policy
- 50% of paid registration fees will be returned after deduction of any related transaction fees if the cancellation is made on or before: 31 October 2026
- No refund will be given if cancellation is made after: 31 October 2026
